  • Livestock #1 Cause of Global Warming

    "The environmental impact of the lifecycle and supply chain of animals raised for food has been vastly underestimated, and in fact accounts for at least half of all human-caused greenhouse gases (GHGs)," according to Robert Goodland and Jeff Anhang, co-authors of "Livestock and Climate Change" in World Watch Magazine.

  • Ethiopian Conference & Food Share Program

    AWFW partnered with the International Fund for Africa and the Ethiopian Vegan Association to organize the Vegan Food Partners conference that attracted more than 100 attendees and extensive television coverage.

    New volunteers also joined EVA and our training for the weekly Food Sharing Program that feeds more than 100 people every Saturday for only $60!
